摘要 研究了直升机旋翼健康监测系统地面试验台的硬件方案设计和旋翼健康监测软件的开发,阐述了旋翼数据采集系统、机体数据采集系统和上位计算机3个子系统的组成方案。由于采用了数字传感器、远程多路复合器和无线集流环采集旋翼状态数据,解决了原采集系统中存在的集流环磨损问题和传感器数量问题。提出了一种基于短时模型残差的故障检测方法和基于混合模型的故障诊断方案。地面旋翼实验台的实现对于旋翼故障的研究和各种诊断方法的评估有重要的现实意义。 The concept design and development of rotor health monitoring system (HMS) test-bed was presented in the paper. Some details about its rotor data system, fuselage data system and HMS computer system were introduced. Digital strain sensors, remote multiplexing unit and wireless slip ring were integrated into the system to overcome the number restriction of sensors and the wear problem of contact slip ring. A short time model error-based damage detection method was put forward. The hybrid model-based diagnosis and prognosis framework was adopted in the application software. The development of rotor test-bed is of applicable significance on researching the fault analysis and diagnosis methods of rotors.
