摘要
本文阐述了在动态称重仪研制过程中用有限元法对结构进行强度,刚度校核,提出应变测量区(面板)的参考尺寸;根据面板中心线上各点的应变影响线,找出应变片的分布规律和具体位置,使一定重量的车辆压在动态称重仪的任何位置上都可测出其准确重量。
This paper explains checking for structural strength and stiffness by finite elment method in developing weight in motion,and gives the thickness of upper plate (measure area of strain). According to strain's influental line in upper plate's center line,we look for distribution law and positions of strainometers, so as to accurately measure the weight of a fixed weight automobile pressing at any position of the weightin motion.
