结合案例分析了当前建设工程规划监督的现状和问题,提出建设工程竣工规划核验是实施政府和社会规划监督的有效途径,并介绍了建设工程竣工规划核验的具体内容和实施方法。
Based on practical cases, analyzed the situation of planning supervision of construction engineering. Testing on completion is an efficient path to actualize planning supervision of government and society. The content and method of testing on completion are introduced.
