摘要
随着信息时代交叉学科、边缘学科的不断涌现及信息资源的急剧膨胀,专业用户有时很难获取自己所需文献。本文针对这一现状,对高校图书馆学科馆员管理评价机制的构建做了简要的论述,着重从人才的选拔和培训、考核评价制度、激励机制等几个层面来分析,力图依托科学的、规范的学科馆员管理评价机制,达到提升高校图书馆服务质量和服务水平的目的。
With continuously coming out of interdisciplinary studies, frontier branches of science and rapidly increasing of information resources in the information times, it is sometimes difficult for professional users to get documents which they need. According to such a situation, we will briefly illustrate the construction of managing and estimating mechanism for discipline librarian in university libraries, and this topic is mainly analyzed on aspects such as human resources management, qualifications, check and appraisal system, incentive mechanism and so on, aiming at improving the service quality and level in university libraries.
