重视强直性脊柱炎的髋关节病变 被引量：11

摘要 强直性脊柱炎（ankylosing spondylitis，AS）是脊柱关节病的原型，现有的流行病学资料显示，我国AS的患病率为0．26％，然而在我们风湿病专科门诊的疾病构成比中，AS并不低于类风湿关节炎（RA），是一种常见的风湿病。如果说脊柱受累是AS最为普遍的症状，髋关节受累则是其致残最为关键的病变。因此在AS的随访诊治中，不论是医生还是患者一定要重视髋关节的病变。
