抗肿瘤坏死因子-治疗失α败的困惑和新挑战

摘要
自从1998年肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumornecmsisfator-alpha,TNF—α)拮抗剂的出现为临床上治疗常见风湿免疫性疾病如类风湿关节炎(RA)、强直性脊柱炎(AS)和其他系统性、炎性疾病带来了革命性进展以来,无论是改善疾病的临床症状还是控制病情进展方面的疗效令人振奋。但临床还会遇到许多大家关注的新的经验和新的难题,有关几个共识和进展值得和大家探讨。
