中间辊横移机构是六辊轧机的重要组成部分,在生产实践中发现位移传感器经常烧毁,而且维修困难。为了彻底解决问题,在设计上改变了原有结构,将横移缸位移传感器远离轧机恶劣环境。

Intermediate roll shifting mechanisin is a crucial part of 6-h rolling mills. It is often found in practice that position transducers are damaged due to harsh working condition and difficult to repair. In order to solve the problem, the modification has been taken in such way the position transducers are located far from harmful condition.
