大学生心理护理健康教育指导规范的构建与探讨

摘要 目的:构建大学生心理护理健康教育核心指导规范。方法:参照美国学校心理健康实务指导(GPSP)、病人健康教育规范(PEPC)确立指导规范框架结构和内容,随机抽取12个省、市、地区的750名教师、医护管理者和高校学生进行指导规范认同性问卷调查。结果:97%被调查者认为指导规范能有效提高高校心理健康教育的质量;94%被调查者认为指导规范内容科学、系统、完整具有指导作用;89%被调查者认为指导规范可操作性强。结论:大学生心理护理健康教育核心指导规范的构建可为高等院校开展有效、持续、健康的心理护理健康教育提供基本保证。 Objective: To establish the core guidance norms for education of college students' mental health care. Methods, Based on to the United States Guidelines for the Practice of School Psychology (GPSP) and Patient Education Protocols and Code (PEPC), the framework structure and content of the guidance norms were established, then 750 teachers, health care managers and college students were selected at random in 12 provinces, cities adn regions and a questionnaire was made for the recognition of that guidance norms. Result: 970//oo of respondents believe that the guidance norms can effectively improve college students' mental health in the quality of education; 94 ~//00 believe that the contents of the guidance norms are scientific, systematic and complete, and will play a role in guidance ; 890//oo believe that the guidance norms can be practical. Conclusion: Construction of the core guidance norms will provide a basic educational guarantee for colleges to carry out effective, sustainable, healthy mental health care among college students.
