摘要
微格教学是一种利用现代化教学技术手段来培训教师的实践性较强的教学方法,文章利用网络视频监控系统为微格教学练兵场地,对医学院校教师在课堂语言和体态语等教学技能方面进行微格教学培训,取得了令人满意的培训效果。
Microteaching is a way, by which the modern technology is used to train the teachers. This paper deals with the application of the network video monitoring system in the training of medical college teachers＇ lessons, lectures and other teaching skills for micro-teaching methods of training, which has achieved satisfactory training results.
