摘要 目的通过研究环氧化酶-2(COX-2)和血管内皮因子VEGF在乳腺癌组织中的表达与乳腺癌生物学特性间的相互关系,进一步探讨COX-2和VEGF在乳腺癌发生发展中的作用及临床意义。方法采用免疫组化方法检测50例乳腺癌和30例良性肿瘤组织中COX-2、VEGF的表达情况,并分析乳腺癌生物学行为并判断其与预后的关系。结果乳腺癌组COX-2和VEGF阳性率分别为66%和65%,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0·01);COX-2表达与VEGF显著相关P<0·05。二者均与乳腺癌预后有关。结论COX-2和VEGF在乳腺癌组织中的表达较高者是影响乳腺癌患者预后的主要因素之一。因此,联合检测COX-2和VEGF对乳腺癌患者判断预后、指导临床有重大意义。 Objective Through research of cyelooxygenase-2 (COX-2) and vascular endothelial growth factor VEGF in breast cancer tissues and biological characteristics of breast cancer among mutual relations and further study of COX-2 and VEGF in breast cancer the role of development and clinical significance. Methods Using immunohistochemical method detected 50 cases of breast cancer and 30 eases of benign tumors in COX-2 and VEGF expression and the biological behavior of breast cancer and determine its relationship with prognosis. Results Breast Cancer Group COX-2 and VEGF-positive rates were 66% and 65%, compared with the control group there were significant differences P 〈 0. 01 ; COX-2 expression was significantly correlated with VEGF P 〈0. 05. With both breast cancer prognosis. Conclusion COX-2 and VEGF expression in breast cancer is higher in patients with breast cancer prognosis affect one of the main factors. Therefore, the combined detection of COX-2 and VEGF to determine the prognosis of breast cancer patients, the clinical significance.
