正交试验法优选引阳索咀嚼片提取工艺研究

Study on the extraction process of Yinyangsuo chewable tablets by orthogonal design

目的优选引阳索咀嚼片的最佳提取工艺。方法以提取液中淫羊藿苷的含量以及总固体得率为指标,采用正交试验法,优选提取工艺。结果处方药材的最佳提取工艺为加水6倍,提取3次,1h/次。结论此提取工艺合理可行,适用于生产。

Objective To optimize the extraction process of yinyangsuo chewable tablets. Methods Orthogonal test was employed for selecting the optimum of extraction process by the indexes of the contents of icariin and total solid matters. Results 6 volumn of water, extracting 3 times with one hour for each time was considered the optimum extraction process of yinyangsuo chewable tablets. Conclusion The selected technology was considered to be reasonable and feasible, and the simple method is fit for production.
