摘要
目的观察夜宁胶囊对老年人顽固性失眠的治疗效果。方法选择2005年至2007年在我科门诊及病房就诊的老年失眠患者180例,应用夜宁胶囊治疗120例,60例患者常规口服舒乐安定,比较两组患者睡眠改善情况及不良反应发生率。结果夜宁胶囊对老年顽固性失眠有较好的疗效,总有效率达93.3%优于舒乐安定组48.3%(P<0.05),不良反应的发生也明显低于舒乐安定组(P<0.01)。结论夜宁胶囊对老年顽固性失眠有较好的治疗效果,且不良反应少见,有较好的临床应用价值。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Yening Jiaonang on senile refractory insomnia. Methods 180 cases of senile insomnia were selected and divided into Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） group treated with Yening Jiaonang （ 120 cases） and antitheses group treated with Estazolam （60 cases）. Improvement of sleep and occurrence of side effect in two groups were compared. Results Clinical therapeutic effect was more obvious in the TCM group as compared with the antitheses group （93.3% and 48.3% , P 〈 0.05 ） ; occurrence of side effect was fewer in the TCM group （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Yening Jiaonang is more valuable in clinical application because it has preferable therapeutic effect on senile refractory insomnia and has little side effect.
