颈动脉海绵窦瘘的介入栓塞治疗 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨不同类型颈动脉海绵窦瘘(Carotid Cavernous Fistulas,CCF)的介入治疗方法及疗效。方法对13例外伤性CCF患者,其中1例双侧病变,采用经动脉途径可脱球囊行栓塞治疗,颈内动脉闭塞3支(3/14);2例自发性CCF,分别采用Onyx栓塞系统经颈外动脉、经岩下窦微弹簧圈填塞海绵窦。结果可脱球囊栓塞13例患者,14支颈内动脉病变,11支闭塞瘘口、保持颈内动脉通畅,闭塞3支颈内动脉。CCF症状痊愈,术后无脑缺血并发症;2例自发性CCF采用Onyx和微弹簧圈栓塞海绵窦治愈。结论可脱球囊栓塞是治疗CCF最有效的方法,但存在一定的复发和颈内动脉闭塞比率。微弹簧圈和液体栓塞剂应用可提高复杂CCF的治愈率。
