摘要
胃癌是世界上最常见的恶性肿瘤之一，已知幽门螺杆菌（HP）为胃癌的Ⅰ类致癌原，幽门螺杆菌感染可增加胃癌的发病率，根除幽门螺杆菌有利于减少胃癌的发生。本文就二者的关系作一综述。
Gastric cancer is one of the most common malignancies around the world.Et has been known that Helicobacter pylori （HP） is a definite group Ⅰ carcinogen of gastric cancer. HP infection increased the risk of gastric cancer occurrence, HP eradication is able to reduce such risk.This review summarizes the relationship among gastric cancer and HP.
