摘要
季铵盐型阳离子松香酸可用作洗涤剂和杀菌剂,文章以三乙胺、环氧氯丙烷(EPIC)和松香酸为原料,先水法合成活性中间体环氧丙基三乙基氯化铵(GTA),再利用GTA改性松香酸从而制备出季铵盐型阳离子松香酸,研究了反应温度、pH值、GTA和松香酸的用量比对产品产率的影响,通过元素分析仪对产物进行结构分析,季铵盐型阳离子松香酸,收率92.63%,纯度91.74%。
It is well known that quaternary cationic rosin acid can be used as detergent and fungicide. In this article, by taking triethylamine, epichlorohydrin (EPIC) and rosin acid as the raw materials, the active intermediate, namely triethyl chloride epoxypropyl ammonium (GTA) was first synthesized and GTA was used to modify rosin for the preparation of cationic quaternary rosin acid. Effects of the reaction temperature, pH value, GTA and the amount of rosin acid on the yield were also investigated with the result as follows, yields 92. 63%, purity 91. 74% for the cationic quaternary rosin acid, on the basis of the structural analysis carried out with the elemental analyzer.
