长春瑞滨与顺铂联合同步三维适形放疗治疗非小细胞肺癌临床分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察长春瑞滨和顺铂联合同步三维适形放疗治疗非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的疗效。方法90例符合NSCLC诊断标准的患者随机分为两组,治疗组45例,对照组45例。两组在常规治疗的基础上,治疗组给予长春瑞滨和顺铂静脉滴注,并同步三维适形放疗,对照组给单纯适形放疗。结果治疗组CR18例(40.00%),PR21例(46.67%),SD5例(11.11%),PD1例(2.22%)有效率(CR+PR)86.67%;对照组CR7例(15.56%),PR17例(37.78%),SD18例(40.00%),PD3例(6.66%),两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论长春瑞滨和顺铂联合同步三维适形放疗的疗效显著,且不良反应可以耐受。 Objective To explore the therapeutic value of three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy (3D-CRT) combined with chemotherapy of Navelbine and Cisplatin in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Methods According to the different grades and characteristic of organism of NSCLC, we treated 45 NSCLC patients by 3D-CRT alone as control group. Another group of 45 patients (as therapy group) with non-small cell lung cancer was treated by 3D-CRT combined with chemotherapy of Navelbine and Cisplatin. Results In therapy group, CR=18 cases(40% ) , PR:21 cases(46.67% ) , SD:5 cases( 11.11% ) , PD: 1 patient (2.22%) , C R + PR:39 cases( 86.67% ). In the control group, 45 N SCLC cases were treated by 3 DCRT alone, CR :7 cases ( 15.56% ) , PR : 17 cases ( 37.78% ) , SD : 18 cases (40.00%) , PD :3 cases ( 6.66% ) , CR + PR : 24 cases (53.3%). The difference shows significant ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy combined with chemotherapy of Navelbine and Cisplatin for NSCLC was preferable and the toxicity was tolerable.
