国弱之忧:从农业国向工业国的转变看毛泽东的忧患意识

Weak Country’s Worry:MaoZedong’s Concern Consciousness during the Transformation from an Agricultural Country into an Industrial One

关于国弱之忧,是中国由农业国向工业国转变的过程中,毛泽东对中国"一穷二白"的落后国情和中外经济实力差异的深刻认识。其主要内容是,忧中国的工业基础薄弱、农业发展滞后、工农业关系失调、科技支撑力不足和国防实力不强。这一忧患意识,具有鲜明的图强性(即实践性)和价值性(即人民性)。此外也存在着一定的局限性。

During the process from an agricultural country into an industrial country, the concern of weak China is Maozedong＇ s profoundly understanding about the impoverished China as well as comparison with the foreign countries, in which mainly contains the following; the industrial base weak,agricultural development lagging behind , the proportion between agriculture and industry inappropriate,scientific support not enough and national defence also not strong. The concern has eminent practical feature and masses character, besides, it also contains its limitation.
