UV-B辐射对早熟禾伤害机理研究

摘要 研究了紫外线辐射对早熟禾的伤害机理。结果表明:在紫外线辐射下,丙二醛(MDA)活性与超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性均先升高后降低,而过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性先降低后升高。随着紫外线辐射的增加,过氧化物酶(POD)的活性显著升高,而叶绿素含量、净光合速率最大值、光合作用光饱和点和气孔导度降低,说明紫外线胁迫能使植物功能下降。 The effect of ultraviolet radiation on Poa pratensis was studied in this paper. When the exposure time was prolonged from 0 h to 10 h, the content of MDA and SOD increased first and then decreased, but content of CAT declined first and then increased. The activities of protective enzymes, such as POD is rising obviously and content of chlorophyll is reducing obviously, the drop of maximum net photosynthesis rate, light saturation point and stomata conductance can proves that ultraviolet ray reduce the function of plant.
