初中小班化教育课堂生活状态的质性研究 被引量:1

摘要 初中办学规模的缩小,既是应对学生对高质量教育服务的需求,也是学校提升办学品质的方向。小班教学的本质,是要让教师开放自己的教学空间,让自己有机会与学生零距离接触;是要让学生养成自主学习的习惯与能力,能够较好地把握自己的未来;为师生提供多元的评价,为师生的全面发展奠定底色;能够开拓更多的学习空间,让课堂与生活连为一体。当然,教师对小班教育理念的深化,是对小班教育顺利开展的基本保障。
