基于扎根理论的大学产业集群形成机理研究——以同济大学建筑规划产业集群为例

Studies on Mechenism of Industrial Clusters around University Based on Ground Theory——A Case Study of the Industrial Clusters around Tongji University

本研究以同济大学周边的建筑规划产业集群为对象,选取了同济大学周边的三个建筑设计类公司作为多重案例进行分析,以扎根理论研究为主导研究方法,得出了同济大学建筑规划产业集群形成和发展的影响因素模型,并对此产业集群的形成和发展进行了深入的描述和分析。希望通过该理论模型的分析,能够给国内同类的大学、政府、产业以借鉴作用,正确引导此类产业集群的形成和发展。

This paper studies the mechanism of industrial clusters around Tongji University. We select three different companies nearby Tongji University, and combine these data with some data supplied by Tongji University. At last we educe the mechanism of industrial clusters around Tongji University. We hope this mechanism is useful for other universities and government who want to form this kind of industrial clusters.
