摘要
以均苯四甲酸二酐、4,4’-二氨基二苯基醚、N,N’-二甲基乙酰胺为主要原料合成聚酰亚胺树脂,通过对比固化后树脂的吸水性能、耐热性能,表明:复合材料比纯聚酰亚胺具有良好的耐热性能,更低的吸水性能。并研究了溶剂体系、反应温度、时间、投料比和总固含量等因素对所得聚酰胺酸特性黏度的影响。
Polyimide resin was made from PMDA, ODA, DMAc and so on, by contrast absorbent properties and heat resistance of curing and resin it was showed that., the composite materials is better heat resistance and lower water absorption than polyimide materials. The intrinsic viscosity of PAA is studied in solvent system, reaction temperature, time, ratio of matter,total solid content.
