摘要
采用CTA-B蛋白酶结合氩等离子体处理羊毛,研究了酶处理酶浓度,等离子体处理功率、时间、压强等条件对毛织物毡缩率的影响。通过正交试验优化了等离子体处理条件。试验结果表明:经250 W、3 min、30 Pa条件处理后,织物的毡缩率为3.79%,经向和纬向强力均有所增加;同时分析了防毡缩性提高的原因。
The wool fabric first treated by enzyme, then by plasma treatment, the effect of anti-felting is very obvious. The parallel experiment of single factor researched the enzyme concentration, power, treatment time and pressure effect on shrinkage. When the enzyme concentration is 0.7 % (owf), the results of orthogonal experiments showed that the optimal conditions of anti-felting were 250 W, 3 min, 30 Pa. The lowest felting rate could reach 3.79 %. The experiment that the wool fabric first treated by enzyme then by plasma treatment showed the breaking strength of wool fabric increased.
