脱色绒染色过程中的工艺问题

紫山羊绒经脱色处理后再染色存在很多问题,主要是各项性能指标如上染率、皂洗牢度、纤维强力等很难达到标准。目前脱色紫绒的染色主要采用中性染料、弱酸性染料、媒介染料和活性染料。文章首先通过筛选实验,选出染色效果最好的染料,然后针对该染料继续做染色实验。并对染样测试上染率、皂洗牢度、单纤维强力等性能指标。实验得出了脱色紫绒的最佳染色工艺。

There are many problems of decoloured purple cashmere in dyeing. The main problems are the performances, such as dye uptake, soaping fastness, fiber strength, which can not match the standard. At present, the decoloured purple Cashmere is mainly dyed with neutral dyes, weak cidity dyes, mordant dyes and reactive dyes. With riddling experiment, it selected out the optimal dyes. After dyed in the optimal technology, the dye uptake, soaping fastness, fiber strength of the cashmere were tested.
