摘要
文章研究了H2SO4与NaOH溶液处理对天然灰色兔绒结构与性能的影响。利用正交试验对灰色兔绒进行H2SO4、NaOH溶液处理,采用YG001型单纤维强力仪测试灰色兔绒的拉伸强力和断裂伸长率,用JSM-5800电子显微镜观测灰色兔绒的表面鳞片结构形态。实验结果表明:未处理灰色兔绒的断裂强力小于白色兔绒;经过酸、碱溶液处理后,灰色兔绒纤维的拉伸强力与断裂伸长率减小;经过酸、碱处理后灰色兔绒的拉伸强度、断裂伸长率与其失重率之间存在不同的关系,其相关系数大于0.9。经过NaOH溶液处理后,灰色兔绒纤维表面的鳞片结构变得模糊;经过H2SO4溶液处理后,鳞片原来的三角形状消失,鳞片结构变为类似规则的环状。
The effects of H2SO4 and NaOH treatment on the structure and property of natural grey rabbit fibers were investigated in this paper. The orthogonal design method was used to research the influence of H2SO4 and NaOH solution treatment on the structure and tensile properties of grey rabbit fibers by YG001 single fiber tensile tester and JSM-5800 electronic microscope. Experimental results showed that the strength of grey rabbit fiber is less compared with white rabbit fiber. After H2SO4 and NaOH solution treatment, the strength and breaking elongation of grey rabbit fiber decreased, and the relationships between the weight loss and the strength, and the weight loss and the breaking elongation were various, the interrelation coefficient is more than 0.9. After NaOH solution treatment, the scale of grey rabbit fiber became unclear. After H2SO4 solution treatment, the scale lost its original morphology and became ring shape.
