摘要
在抗日战争时期,边疆教育作为民国政府的一项大政方略,是于1935年出台的。绥境的边教大致随之得以实施和发展,其发展曾经历了着手筹设、恢复实施、积极推进三个阶段,绥境蒙旗教育由是而获得自近代以来前所未有的扩展和进步。然而,绥境边教实施基本上是在战争环境中运作的,这就使其发展势必受到战争进程的制约与影响。
Borderland education, as an important policy of the National Government, was issued in 1935 in the period of Anti -Japan War and accompanying it, came the implementation and development of education on the Suiyuan border. It experienced the three stages of preparation, implementation and promotion, and the unprecedented spread and development which had never taken place since the modern times. However, the borderland education was implemented under wartime circumstances, and was inevitably restricted and affected by the war.
