摘要
抗日战争时期绥远省的边疆教育有了较大的发展,绥远省政府实行的教育措施起了推动作用,但由于战时教育资金投入不足,教育资源缺乏,教育对象的思想认识低下,以及绥远省政府在推行边疆教育政策的方法中存在着严重脱离实际等问题,最终导致其教育预计目标不可能完全实现。
Borderland education made great progress in Suiyuan Province in the period of Anti - Japan War due to the educational measures by the provincial government. However, there were not enough education funds and resources during wartime, and the education objects were lack of understanding about education. Furthermore, the borderland education policies promoted by the provincial government were seriously divorced from practice. As a result, the predicted education objectives were not achieved.
