摘要
草原生态环境的保护与建设是关系到祖国生态安全和边疆稳定的重大问题。为推进新世纪草原生态环境的保护与建设,笔者从建立环境与发展综合决策机制、建立草原生态环境保护与建设的群体投资机制、完善草原生态环境保护与建设的环境优化机制、构建草原生态环境保护与建设的补偿机制等方面探讨了草原生态环境保护与建设的经济机制。
The protection and construction of grassland ecological environment is of great significance to the ecological safety and stability of the border areas of our country. In order to promote the protection and construction of grassland ecological environment in the new century, the author discusses its economic mechanism from such aspects as the construction of comprehensive policy - making mechanism for environment and its development, the construction of group investment, perfection, optimization and compensation mechanisms for grassland environment protection and construction.
