燕窝DNA提取方法比较

Comparision of DNA Extraction Methods from Birds' Nest

为建立不同燕窝样品有效DNA提取方法,分别用试剂盒法、改良CTAB裂解法以及改良试剂盒法提取燕窝总DNA,进行浓度纯度检测,并以此为模版,进行PCR扩增及凝胶电泳。结果表明,改良试剂盒法扩增结果条带明亮,信号较强,较改良CTAB裂解液法与试剂盒法,更适于燕窝样品DNA提取,可用于PCR模版DNA制备,为进一步鉴定燕窝真伪提供参考。

To study the diversity of three different methods which applied for the DNA extraction ot birds＇ nest, we applied Kit method,improved CTAB lysis solution- method and improved kit method for total DNAs extraction. After examining the concentration and purity of the extractions, we detected the result by PCR and gel electrophoresis in this paper. The result showed that the improved Kit method was determined as the suitable DNA extraction method for birds＇ nest,and this observation could be an effective reference for related advanced research.
