甘油耐受菌Klebsiella pneumoniae XJPD-Li合成1,3-丙二醇的研究 被引量:2

摘要 利用自行筛选的1,3-丙二醇(1,3-PD)合成菌株Klebsiella pneumoniae XJPD-Li进行发酵,考察了甘油浓度对菌株生长及合成1,3-PD的影响。经多次甘油耐受后菌株XJPD-Li在摇瓶培养48 h,菌体生物量(OD_(650))和1,3-PD产量分别达到1.52和11.16 g/L,相比耐受前分别提高48%和159%。在5 L发酵罐批式培养中,甘油耐受后XJPD-Li菌体生物量并未显著增长,但合成1,3-PD的能力却提高了77%,达到53.13 g/L。 The concentration of glycerol showed effect on the fermentation feature of Klebsiella pneumoniaeXJPIYLi (XJPD-Li), which was stored by Key Laboratory for Green Processing of Chemical Engineering of Xinjiang BingtarL The biomass (ODg650) and the production of 1,3-propanediol, fermented in shake flask, reached to the 1. 52 and 11.16 g/ L with domesticated XJPD-Li in 48h, which were 48% and 159% higher than the original microorganisrrL In the 5L-bioreactor, the biomass has less remarkable change after domesticated. The concentration of 1,3-propanediol, however, was increased to 53. 13g/L, 77% higher than that of the original.
