Application of New Techniques in Structural Analysis of Cellooligosaccharides

摘要 纤维低聚糖结构的确定对研究纤维低聚糖的功能性和纤维素的结构具有重要作用。文中阐述了现代分析技术在研究纤维低聚糖结构中的应用,包括红外光普(FTIR)、拉曼光谱、核磁共振波谱(NMR)、X射线衍射分析(XRD)和质谱(MS)。 The structural determination of cellooligosaccharides plays important roles in studying on the functionalities of cellooligosaccharides and the structure of cellulose. The present review summarizes the application of new techniques in the study on the structures of cellooligosaccharides, including Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), Roman spectroscopy, nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy (NMR), X-ray diffraction analysis (XRD) and mass spectroscopy (MS).
