摘要
开发了一个基于DSP的瓶装啤酒容量在线自动检测嵌入式系统。针对啤酒厂实际环境设计了光学系统,重点分析并解决了设计中遇到的摄像机成像速度、图像传输速度及生产线运动速度三者之间的匹配问题,很好地满足了生产线速度的实时性要求。同时给出一套实用的液位检测算法,能够自动识别瓶装啤酒容量。此系统的设计具有成本低、速度高及便携实用的特点。
This paper develops an embedded on-line beer volume automatic inspection system based on DSP. Accovding the actual environment of the breweries, it designs the optics system and particularly analysis and solves the speed matching solutions among the capturing image, transmitting image and production motion. It is good to satisfy the production line speed on real-time. Also it gives a practical level detection algorithm, which can automatically identify the beer volume. This system has the features of low-cost, high -speed, portable and practical.
