摘要
机电系统一般包括机械结构、控制系统和控制软件三部分。提出了一种适合大学生科技创新使用的基于CAN总线的分布式控制系统,包括可扩展的硬件和基于CSOS(CPU Sharing Operation System)多任务操作系统的开发模块,根据易学、易用、低价、小巧的设计原则,采用飞利浦的P89C58X2作为控制芯片,LM629作为直流电机控制芯片,sja1000和tja1050作为CAN控制器和收发器。给出了基于该控制系统的智能机器人寻线控制实现方法实例。
Electromechanical system includes mechanism, control hardware and software. This paper proposes a college-student-oriented control system based on CAN bus, which includes flexible hardware and CSOS-based(CPU Sharing Operation System) software modules. As an easy-to-use, easy-to-learn, low cost and tiny-size control system, P89C58X2 is used as the main control chip, LM629 is used as the DC motor controller, also sia1000 and tja1050 is used as the CAN controller and transceiver. At the end of the paper, an example of line-track robot using this control system is given to prove' its feasibility.
