摘要
为了提高部队的检测效率和减低维修成本,解决部队维修时存在虚警率高,检测项目不全的问题,本文针对某设备的特点和航电系统发展的趋势,设计了一种基于1553B总线的某型航空电子设备的检测系统。该系统采用了1553B总线技术,实现了对设备的原位检测,将虚拟仪器技术和数据库技术结合起来,实现了对该类设备的检测的快速化和自动化。试用结果表明,该系统的研制成功,简化了仪器数量,降低了研制成本,满足部队和实验室的测试需求,具有较高的经济和军事效益。
To improve the efficiency and cost of tests in the army, this paper designs a system of some aerial electro-equipment based on 155313 bus to solve the high rate of fake alerts and full items testing. It can test the equipment without moving through 1553B bus, and the virtual instrument and database are integrated, so it can inspect the equipment quickly and automatically. It shows that the amount of instruments and the cost of research are reduced, and this system can meet present requirements of the army or laboratory and gains greater economic and martial benefits.
