摘要
针对传统直接转矩控制系统存在的低速磁链畸变严重及高速开关频率较高等问题,提出了三点式逆变器和十二边形磁链相结合的改进方法。文中给出了三电平逆变器的原理以及十二边形磁链的形成和检测方法,十二边形磁链的调节方法和转矩的调节方法,并阐述了直接转矩系统关键部分——查找表结构的设计及其实现方法。实现过程中,查找表部分采用独立的CPLD器件来实现,并对查表结构进行了仿真,结果表明其可行性,文中同时给出了仿真结果。
In order to improve the present DTC (direct torque control) system performance, which includes great distortion of the low-speed magnetic flux linkage and high frequency of high-speed switch, this paper proposes some improvements and their implement methods. It mainly aims at the combination of triangle inverter and dodecagon flux linkage, the LUT structure and how to implement the table in FPGA. The part of sheet examining is implemented by separated CPLD device and its structure has been validated by means of simulation.
