摘要
利用白腐真菌降解环境中的石油类污染物,是当前应用前景最好的石油污染物处理方法,多种因素同时制约着石油类污染物的生物降解.为了研究白腐真菌在水溶液中降解石油的影响因素,通过单因素实验,分析了温度、pH、石油的浓度、白腐真菌接种量、摇床转速等因素对白腐真菌在水溶液中降解石油的影响作用.
At present, white - rot fungi is the most promising way to treat oil pollutionin. Many factors govern the process of bioremediation. The authors designed an experiment on effective factors of oil - degradation by white -rot fungi in aquatic system. The effects of nutrient,including temperature, pH value, quantity of oil, fungi quantities and rotation speed on oil - degradation by white - rot fungi were studied in single factor test.
