摘要
对沧州某大型坑填地基的工程特点进行了分析,提出多个地基处理方案,经过技术与经济比较,最终采用复合载体夯扩桩施工技术方案进行了加固处理,达到了预期效果。在施工过程中,利用护筒中重锤的冲击能,将夯实的建筑垃圾层一锤一锤地击碎、挤向周围,并及时将护筒跟进,有效地穿越夯实的建筑垃圾层,同时又对该层产生了进一步挤密的作用,达到对其下部实施加固处理的目的。针对场地地下承压水对施工的影响,采取了打减压孔、孔底封堵、局部降水等有效措施,成功地解决了场地地下承压水的问题,确保了每根复合载体夯扩桩的施工质量。
Engineering properties of large-scale pit filled in Cangzhou are Through technical and economical comparison,analyzed, and several subsoil treatment methods are provided. ram-compacted pile with bearing base was finally adopted for subsoil improvement and attained predicted effect. During construction, break and squeeze building debris around layer by layer through compact energy originating from heavy hammer with protecting tube advancing simultaneously, going through building debris effectively and compact it at the same time, to stabilizing the underlying subsoil. Dropping pore-water pressure well, blocking up from berehole bottom, and dewatering locally methods were adopted for dealing with confined ground water successfully to ensure construction quality of ram-compacted pile with bearing base.
