摘要
通过企业63个团队总共242名员工的实证分析,本研究寻求了信息异质性(学历、工作年限异质性等)与团队士气(情感承诺、工作满意度、离职倾向等)的关系。研究发现,团队成员的信息异质性如果较大,不利于营造良好的团队氛围(信任、程序公平氛围等).从而对团队士气有消极作用。最后,本研究分析了其原因并提出了对策。
Based on the empirical analyzes on 63 teams,242 employers altogether, the study searches for the connection between information diversity (education diversity, tenure diversity) and team morale (affective commitment, job satisfaction and turnover intention), The results indicate that large information diversity in the team has a positive effect on team climate (trust climate and procedure justice climate), which in turn does harm to the team mo rale. At last, the study analyzes the causes and provides the measures.
