摘要
研究了虚拟企业环境下协同制造项目进度控制的问题。通过分析在虚拟企业环境下项目进度控制的不确定因素,建立了两类不确定性工期-费用离散概率数学模型,提出了赶工估测的计算方法,在此基础上,确定了以赶工方案的工期-费用可协商性为综合性能指标的再协商机制,并结合示例解释其计算过程。最后针对模具生产的特点,对协同制造的模具项目进度进行仿真监控,说明了这一方法的有效性和可靠性。
The project schedule control problem for virtual enterprise was investigated. And analyzing the uncertain factors of the project control in virtual enterprise, two kinds of stochastic models were first put forward, which can describe the uncertainties of the durations and the costs of the activities in the project. Based upon these models,the method of estimating crash project was brought out. And the negotiation mechanism which synthesizes duration's safety and costs validity in the project rescheduling procedure was presented. Next,the implementation of such an mechanism was explained with a simple example. As for the characteristics of the mould and die manufacturing, the negotiation mechanism was carried out on a manufacturing project of the industry. The simulation result shows that the model was applicable,and the negotiation mechanism is reliable and effective as well.
