摘要
针对16MN快锻液压机组的特点,提出由计算机和PLC组成现场控制网络的锻造液压机组计算机控制系统体系结构。采用硬件软件化思想,由软件实现系统的各种控制、调节及监测功能。采用预测多模式模糊控制技术对快锻液压机大惯量运动部件进行平稳、无冲击振动和准确的位置控制。经过多台16MN快锻液压机的使用表明:该方法使控制系统的复杂程度大大降低,可靠性显著增强,压机锻造次数和精度也得到有效提高。
A control system consisting of a computer and PLC was developed for 16MN forging hydraulic press. In this system, the software was utilized to carry out the performances of control ,adjusting and monitor, i. e. , software instead of hardware. Multi-- mode fuzzy prediction technology was used to realize the smooth,steady,no vibrating and precise position control. The actual application demonstrates that the developed system has advantages of low cost, low complexity and high reliability. Furthermore,the frequency and precision are also improved .
