摘要
在分析了离心式旋转机械轴位移产生的原因及其对机械设备的危害的基础上,提出了利用被测物体的轴位移的微小改变,来调制反射激光的强度,通过双光路接收的方法,消除因光源光功率波动、光纤损耗以及环境干扰等因素对测量的影响,再经过光电转换后,由 AVR 单片机进行处理,实现轴位移的高精度实时监测。系统具有非接触性测量、灵敏度高、响应快、易安装等优点。
Based on analyzing the causes of axial displacement of centrifugal rotary machinery and its harm on mechanical equipments, a method to modulate intensity of the reflective laser by minimally changing the axial displacement of the object measured is offered. And infiuences on measurement of the optical power fluctuation, the fiber attenuation, the environmental factors and etc are eliminated through two-way optical receiver. At last the real-time monitoring of axial displacement with high-precision is achieved via the photoelectric conversion and then processed by AVR-SCM. The system is provided with advantages of non-contact measurement, high sensitivity, fast response and easy installation.
