摘要
在ERW辊弯成形过程中,带钢依次经过设置在成形方向上的水平和垂直成形轧辊,将平面渐进地弯曲成所需要的圆周截面。整个变形是一个经历大位移、有限应变的过程,具有很强的非线性特征,成形规律复杂。按照不同的成形段按带钢的进料方向,将高频直缝焊管辊弯成形过程依次建立预成形段CAD模型、线成形段CAD模型以及精成形段CAD模型,并将各个成形段的模型集成为高频直缝焊管辊弯成形总体CAD模型,并在此模型为基础进行有限元CAE分析。论文介绍的方法在宝山钢铁股份有限公司得到验证和实际应用。
In the cage roll forming process of a ERW pipe, a steel is rolled along some vertical and horizontal cage rolls. The cage roll forming process of ERW pipes is quite complicated, which involves geometry nonlinearity, material nonlinearity and boundary nonlinearity. In order to understand the deformation behavior of sheet metals better and avoid product defect, this paper presents a method of integrating CAD and CAE, Three CAD models are constructed in performing phase, threaded-forming phase and finish-forming phase, respectively. A whole CAD model is constructed based on the three CAD models, and a corresponding CAE model is constructed and analyzed. The proposed methods were applied in BAOSHAN iron and steel Co. , LTD.
