Research Strategy of Product Portfolio Management

系统讨论了产品型谱管理的来源和概念,创新性得提出了产品型谱管理流程的总体理论框架及数学模型。根据现有的产品型谱流程管理方法,提出了一种全新的混合式产品型谱流程管理方法。同时,针对产品型谱管理的三大目标:型谱价值最大化、达到型谱的平衡、构建型谱战略,分别从三个方面及总体方向上分析,并从示例上验证了提出的相应算法。

In order to catch up with the top multinational companies in the world, the national enterprises of China are beginning to construct product systems. The authors here brought forward the theoretical frame of Product Portfolio Management Process and a new mixed management method. After aualyzing theoretical model on three goals, namely maximizing the portfoho value, achieving a balanced portfolio, and building the strategy into portfolio, the validation to the three goals has been realized from a real automation example.
