摘要
针对大型回转轴承的设计计算,在赫兹(Hertz)接触力学的基础上,推导了具有初始接触角的球轴承受倾覆力矩作用的解析公式,研究了运用有限元分析软件在进行轴承接触分析时的网格划分标准和单元关键字设置原则。结合某风电变浆回转轴承的实例,综合运用理论计算和有限元法,实现了对大型回转轴承的倾覆力矩、最大应力和滚子变形等参数的分析计算。
Based on the contact mechanics theory of Hertz, for the slewing bearing calculation, a analytical formula about the influence moment of ball bearing with initial contact angle is presented. This paper has stadied the mesh standards and the princion of setting keyopts during using the finite element analysis (FEA) software to solve the bearing contact problem. Combining a concrete wind turbine bearing, both the analytical formula and the FEA are used for analyting and calculating the parameters of moment, maximum stress and corresponding ball deformation.
