摘要
在烟包包装过程中,大量使用铝箔纸、商标纸和透明薄膜等原辅材料,安装裁切纸或透明薄膜切刀的刀辊一般采用圆齿轮传动,由于刀辊直径较大,产生的转动惯量也大,在高速机运行过程中会产生冲击和振动,影响机器稳定性,将圆齿轮改为椭圆齿轮则可明显减小刀辊直径,提高机器稳定性。
A lot of raw material such as aluminium foils, blanks and transparent films were used in the tobacco packing process. Because of the large diameter, the roller with a knife which was drived by a circular gear will create more momentum. Then this will cause much impact and viberation. If the circular gear was replaced by the oval one with smaller diameter, the machine's stability will be improved.
