摘要
提出了冷弯型钢成型辊的设计中的知识获取和重用框架,表述了冷弯辊型设计过程中各个阶段知识的特点。进而通过对冷弯辊型设计过程知识应用的特点进行分析,提出了面向设计过程的冷弯知识表示和推送的模型,实现了冷弯知识管理的精确化;通过对推送理论的研究应用,提出半主动推送模式,实现知识经验的有效重用,对其他设计类型的知识管理具有指导性。
In this paper, a knowledge acquiring and reuse framework is put forward, and the knowledge used in cold roll forming design process is analyzed. From the characteristic of cold roll forming design process, a knowledge management model of knowledge expression and pushing based on the design progress is proposed, The knowledge push theory is studied, and a semiautomatic push model is presented and effectively reused in such process. The model has exactly used the design knowledge of cold roll forming, and this architecture is instructive for the other design process.
