高温厌氧CSTR反应器处理木薯酒精废水研究 被引量:13

摘要 在高温(55℃)条件下,应用CSTR反应器对含高浓度悬浮固体的木薯酒精废水进行了全渣厌氧处理研究。以中温厌氧颗粒污泥接种,并采取逐步提高容积负荷的运行方式,约50d后反应器启动成功。运行至第80天左右时,高温厌氧CSTR反应器的容积负荷达到了14kgCOD/(m3.d),对TCOD的去除率稳定在90%,产气量为18L/d,其中甲烷含量>55%,对SS的去除率>80%。启动及运行过程中不需要人为调节系统的pH和碱度,且容积负荷的改变未对反应器的运行产生明显影响。 Continuously stirred tank reactor (CSTR) was used for thermophilic anaerobic treatment of cassava ethanol wastewater with high-concentration suspended solids at 55 ℃. The successful start-up of the CSTR inoculated with mesophilic granular sludge is obtained after 50 days with progressive increasing of volume loading rate. The volume loading rate reaches 14 kgCOD/(m^3 · d)after 80-day operation period, with stable TCOD removal rate of 90% , biogas production of 18 L/d containing 55% methane, and SS removal rate of more than 80%. The adjustment of pH or alkalinity is not required during the start-up and operation. Additionally, the variation of volume loading rate does not cause significant effect on the reactor operation.
