摘要
专利作为企业间竞争博弈的重要信息源,通过对其进行深挖掘可以把握竞争对手的技术发展战略以及未来的产品布局,同时还可借助既有专利信息进行产品发明及再创新,故对专利情报进行有效组织和管理,实现隐性知识发现是当今热点问题。通过以实际工作中血管支架专利分析为例,结合对专利情报本身结构的分析,并引入本体理论,同时借助TRIZ和推理机制等概念,初步探讨基于领域本体的专利情报知识挖掘,拟研究一种可以面向专利用户实现智能化情报挖掘体系,从而有效支持专利知识的共享与重用。
The patent is an important information source for enterprises to obtain competitive intelligence, and to control technology development strategy and product tactic, also can use patent information for invention. How to organize and manage patent intelligence efficiently to mining patent intelligence becomes an important issue. According to the patent analysis of drug stents and the structure of patent intelligence, we introduce the theory of Ontology, TRIZ and inferential mechanism, discussion on domain Ontology-based patent intelligence knowledge mining. We also research on system of patent intelligence discovery, which is based on Ontology, by which Users can get the patent intelligence easily to share and reuse patent knowledge efficiently.
