犯罪之后的正义和宽恕

摘要通过了解刑事和解的基本蕴意,揭示其两大价值蕴涵。价值蕴涵之一的正义,是刑法的价值核心,涉及重视补偿被害人、关注救治犯罪人等议题。另一价值蕴涵的宽恕,关涉同情人性的弱点、分清罪人和罪行、构建未来的希望等蕴意。
