HLA-A新等位基因HLA-A*2468的核苷酸序列分析 被引量:2

摘要 人类白细胞抗原(HLA)系统是目前所知最为复杂的人类遗传多态性系统,其复合体定位于6号染色体的短臂上,包括多个基因座位,每一个座位上有多个等位基因,目前发现的HLA等位基因已超过2799个^[1]。随着HLA分型技术的不断发展以及HLA研究的深入,新的等位基因被陆续发现^[2]。
