Study on New Simplified Leather Manufacture Technology

研究了一种简化的制革新技术,用其制作绵羊鞋面革,同时和传统工艺进行对比研究。结果表明:新技术可简化工艺,大大缩短生产周期,同时减少中性盐的污染,减少废水量,并提高成革物理机械性能。

A new simplified leather making technology was studied. With the new technology, the sheep skin upper leather was produced and a comparative study with the conventional tanning technology was made. The results show that the new technolo- gy could simplify the process and greatly reduce the production cycle. At the same time, the neutral salt pollution was decreased, waste water quantity was reduced and the physical - mechanical properties of leather were improved.
